I have an AWHP goal of 600 on E85 on a 2.2 built shortblock, built head, the ProEFI EMS, Kelford 272's, and magnus cast intake. I just want the most streetable build and fastest spool. I'm not looking to go 170mph- so top end is cool, but I won't really be testing out much further than maybe .5 mile going WOT.
he was using the twinscroll garrett 3582R in a 1.06 a/r twinscroll t4.

looks like a great setup Geoff. It looks like I'll actually be going with a built 2.3 shorty. So I should expect even more TQ. Any idea how much TQ I would expect with a good tune on E85 at 30+ psi with that kit you mentioned above along with Kelford 272's, Magnus Cast intake?

my recommendation would be a twinscroll t4 with borgwarner 83-75 1.10 a/r... your application is in that turbo's sweet spot. definitely get some adjustable cam gears and start out around +3->+4 intake and -2->-3 exhaust
hey you never got back to me with an update after you got the car 100%! i know you were really pleased with the initial tune, email me an update when you get a chance, thank you

sometimes it is hard to believe that i have a 4 cylinder that gets 530whp on e85 and virtually feels like i have no lag.

honestly, when all your promises that you told me actually got exceeded, i felt like you must already know that your stuff performs, so i did not bother to call you to tell you another same old success story. i know! kind of stupid. but anyhow, i am very, very happy with my turbo setup that feels like a v8. sometimes it is hard to believe that i have a 4 cylinder that gets 530whp on e85 and virtually feels like i have no lag.

He has a cosworth 2.2L and is running 28 psi on a GT35R tuned on e85? I would think he'd make closer to 600AWHP, but I guess it does depend on how conservative the tune is and which dyno he used. When I was planning on going with a SS HTA GT3582 .82 a/r kit on a built 2.3L short and built head with E85 I was being told I'd have no issues hitting 600 at 30-32psi.

we can make peaky high horsepower setups all day long, post about them on forums, tell everyone how we make eleventy billion hp and use that to sell turbokits. Unfortunately this does not correllate to a truly FUN street car. True street cars see WOT ~1% of the time, and spends the majority of its life under 5000rpm
