....open up your GReddy valve and look/find the tear in the diaphram. It's about $100/shipped (maybe a lil less) for just the replacement diaphram. VERY common problem in this valve. Buy a used JDM IX MR valve (I picked one up for $50 from a local evom member) and be done with it for good. My GReddy RS valve is now a fancy paper weight on my desk at work
Here is my torn diaphram in the GReddy RS: (the tear is just below my thumb)

^Timz to the rescue. Serously, you only need a IX "BOV" they are metal and rated to what...30 PSI, maybe more?
As for the boost leak just check you inner cooler piping, I checked mine, tighted it all down and the car felt SOOO much healthier!

...even so, I recommend inspecting it while searching for your boost leak(s). My post was to help eliminate a 'possibility' that you may have overlooked. As I personally fell victim to this with my valve during a tune session. I wasn't thorough in my post by any means, however, I didn't want to write a story that contained all the same content that previous people have have already posted on going about finding your leak(s). Good luck.

When I put my intake on ( stock BOV ) I heard a "swoosh" and I like WTF? Just put an intake on and you'll be happy.
