which tranny fluid to use

I just replaced my clutch and flywheel. I went with the ACT hdss and a Fidanza flywheel. I dont no what tranny fluid or t-case fluid to use i dont really want to go with the factory fluid. I want something that will last longer and something that works better. I have thought about AMSoil but i dont like the fact that it has to warm up first. I live in Wisconsin so thats probably not a good choice for me. Any help will be great.

Redline is the best transmission fluid I've ever used; many people use it with great results.

did the BG Syncroshift II have to warm up before it worked well? or did it work right away when you started the car. some of the people who have used the AMSOIL MTG said that it had to warm up before it started working well.

Waiting for the tranny to warm up is not a bad thing. It won't take long for it to warm up anyways. I vote for the amsoil tranny fluid or redline and always use OEM transfer case fluid.

For the 5 speed I have found NEO synthetic RHD 75-90 to be the best.. It is expensive, and not the greatest when it's cold.. But when she warms up there is nothing like it..
You can buy it at www.bakerprecision.com

AMSOIL for sure. Been using AMSOIL for everything in my car for 25k+ miles, love it.

Not a fan of BG Syncroshift II. When I poured it out during a fluid change it was like water. Even my mechanic said WTF? Did you put water in here, LOL.

I would stick with the stock fluids. They seem to work the best for me with no problems.
