Tranny

hey guys,
so i am an idiot. I just got my tranny rebuilt and am going to install it and before i started i was looking over everything and it was my dumb fault to put the pressure plate on the shaft and lock it to my TOB. I know you have to pull the clutch fork over and pry in between the collar and the TOB to slide it off but it is NOT budging! I obviously had to do that procedure to get the tranny off but now when its off i cannot get it out and you would think it would be easier but i am an idiot lol. Someone tell me im forgetting something or give me some advise thanks alot.

So is the tranny still on the block??? I have a little trick that I use when getting the 2 apart. Half the time, I can't get them apart either.. What you can do is remove the boot that goes around the clutch fork, if you pull the fork all the way towards the mounting spot on the tranny were the slave cylinder bolts you can get a 1/4 drive 12mm short socket in there, and remove the pressure plate bolts one at a time, and eventually get all the bolts off and the pressure plate will come off with the tranny. you can call me if you need more help. no man, it is so stupid the tranny is just layin on the ground. i got it off the block fine and before i was going to put it back it i was just screwing around and set the pressure plate in the tranny and it clipped on the TOB. I guess i will just keep trying to pry it.
