Me and you think alike lol^^...Hey man, are you on a 10.5 hotside stock turbo?? FYI I went 11.6@119.77 with the stock 05 turbo on e85...saw your mph and thought it was kinda down.. I also tune with the AEM which could be the difference....when have similar mods minus that and the mynes mani you have...I just have an unported stocker

now i have the 9 turbo ported, megan 02 ported and mynes manifold......had the turbonetics 60-1 but i didnt like the lag....and you know im one of the people from around here that has trap the highest for the mods....idk might be where you live maybe...or maybe you just had a more agressive tune on their...cuz mine is not so agressive

If the engine was maintained correctly, you should be fine.
I installed a big 16g on my old DSM that had 105,000mi. and ran the thing at 22-23psi for another 120,000 miles with no problems. When I sold it, it had 225,000mi. and still ran like a champ.

Its all about the tune, I plan on having a conserative tune on 93 oct and a more aggresive tune on my 93/meth map when I am at the track

Btw, that turbo should be installed by now eh

Any updates? This thread was a fun read.

I've got 108k miles on my 8 with a ported 9 turbo, the usual mods, and a dual map for 91 and E85. Both tunes are only pushing 20psi though. Just been taking it easy on her for awhile...but I just found a nice deal on a red locally that I may get. I'd prob end up going with a 25psi E85 tune for it at most but I dunno yet.
