Is BG syncro Trans fuild good?

Has anyone had any problems with it?

I have an Evo8 so i believe u use 75w-80. Correct me if im wrong

Dealer just installed it when they were doing clutch job. Def. smoother shifting and less notchy. I hear there is BG@ or something that is synthetic that might last longer
