Intercooler outlet size??
So I've done my research and everybody is bias on either a name brand fmic or andebay. I currently have a good set up on my car with all basic upgrades except a fmic. I have a 20g so I'm pretty much maxing out my fmic. My question is with the outlet size of a fmic. With all Fmic's made specifically for our cars they have a 2.5" outlet which will match perfect with our 2.5 upper and lower piping. I have been looking at some ebay fmic's but they all have 3" outlet. Would I lose any power potential with a fmic with 3" outlet compared to a 2.5?? Any responses or suggestions would be greatly appreciated....

I have the stock fmic with the etc lower piping and upper pipping. I realize that with a fmic with a 3" outlet will need a reducer to a 2.5. Once again my question is would I lose power potentional, throttle responce etc if I were to go with an intercooler with a 3" outlet with a reducer to a 2.5 instead of having a intercooler with 2.5 outlet that has no need for a reducer.

I was looking at the ets fmic but I can save $300 on a ebay fmic (3" outlet). With a fmic with a 3" outlet using a reducer to a 2.5 correct me if i'm wrng there will be air flow turbelence. Having this air flow turbelence will it make the gains of fmic with 3" outlet less then one with a 2.5 outlet??
