mishimoto evo 4/5/6 radiator install

the stock radiator put the upper hose too close to my manifold so i decieded to get a evo 4/5/6 radiator to position the hose better. evo 4/5/6 radiators are a drop in thing to our evo 8 and 9's. All you need is a evo 4/5/6 upper hose.
i did not want to wait my money on the over price koyo or carb radiators so i went with the mishomoto evo 4/5/6 radiator and it fits and work great.

radiator cost $215 new
silicone upper and lower hose were $50 shiped on ebay

How did you mount your fan?

Mine didn't come with that hardware and the 8/9 fan doesn't line up.

I'm gonna assume since he has the bit turbo and small fan that he just used the little "push through" tabs that come with the small fans. That and if you needed you could prob do a ziptie.

They cover the top of the posts, but there is a good 1/4 inch of space to the top of the radiator.

Mine worked just fine as well... ...the stock fan was removed & replaced with a smaller one in front instead
