Oil on exhaust manifold stud???

since no body helped me. im going to help everyone. All the lower studs reaches the inside on the head. so you should take them all out and use blue locktide an put them back.. not onle the one on the center.. ALL OF THEM!!

Loctite is not a sealant. The RTV is what should be used. Loctite may work but is not an optimal solution. The "blue" loctite is medium strength and has less holding strength than the "red" which is intended for permanent installation.
Another note, if the threads are not cleaned of the oil the blue loctite may not set properly. Also the blue requires a minimum of a 6 hour set prior to being exposed to any fluids. Loctite 242 is the standard "blue", but there are other variants. Another popular one is 243, which is designed to be more oil resistant than 242.
I used Hondabond on mine. It's an RTV silicone sold by Honda/Acura dealers and supposedly good to 600F.
