acceleration grind???

i have an 06 IX w/43k miles, basic bolt-ons and still on stock clutch. i know my clutch is going out, actually is done... at hard acceleration i have 1.5k-2k rpm delay till the clutch catches. just yesterday i started noticing a slight grind noise when accelerating in 2nd at about 3k rpms, it does it in 3rd at about 4k rpms also, the noise only lasts for seconds then goes away. ive tried searching to find any other similar issues and found one POST where someone mentioned they had the same problem but didnt go into detail about it or the fix. so, does anyone know what the grind noise might be? it sounds like it would if you tired to shift into gear and let off the clutch too soon.
any help, opinions or ideas are welcome.
thanks.

ps
CAN ANYONE TELL ME, IM GETTIN AN EXEDY FOR SURE, WHAT CLUTCH WOULD BE THE BEST FOR MY CAR SITTING AT AROUND 350WHP AND THE CHEAPEST PLACE TO GET IT.

Im at 46k on stock clutch on my evo9. I know my clutch is going out as well. The problem im having is hard shifting from 1st all the way to 4th. Also, my tob sounds like crap...coffee grinding machine.

im 10000000% positive its either the pressue plate or tob, the clutch is so gone... my evo does 0-60 in 43seconds!

but how about my clutch question!?
or does anyone have a link to a similar clutch thread?
