I'd be glad to help you out in your quest for more power.
To answer your question though, the single one thing you can do to your car for the absolute best bang for the buck is to get a proper custom tune in it. You will not get a larger increase in power for the money than you will with a custom tune.
The boost can be set, the AFR's, timing, MIVEC, rev limiter and launch control. No other single modification is going to give you the same initial gain as a good tune will.

Also just picked up an 06 MR, and this thread by far (even with all the different opinions on parts) has been one of the most helpful threads I've ever come across on any automotive forum. As of now I'm currently at a shop in Dallas and car is about to go onto the dyno. (Fuel Pump, stock intake, stock exhaust, LICP, and a manual boost controller.) Will post dyno vid/sheets when finished. Thanks again all for the great info.

Do the David Buschur upgrades. Save some cash and it is tried and it works. If you don't like the sound of the Buschur exhaust then pick a Greddy Ti if you want louder or a Fujitsubo if you want it quiet.
I had both exhaust and wound up keeping the Greddy Ti because it is insanely light and sounds so great. Fujitsubo RM01A was a little too mild for me.
