My car stalls when idling now..
About 5minutes after adding e85 my car stalled a stop sign.. I have not been tuned for e85 yet, but just wanted to 'clean' the gunk, and change fuel filter before my tune next month.. It does not see boost at all, maybe 2-3psi?, if that. Question is, this is normal right, just needs idling adjustment by tuner? It drives totally fine besides that. Thanks

Did you do injectors and an upgraded fuel pump? Are you not getting enough fuel with the switch to e85? I don't think you included enough information for us to have the correct context.

So, is it not safe to run like this, even at no boost? Too lean now, should i drain it? runs fine if i keep it above 800rpms
edit: these injectors were purchased used, they smelled like pump, so am assuming theyre scaled. is that a big deal for normal granny driving?

e85 is 85% ethenal which im sure you new but that means theres very little actual fuel in it which is waht your motor needs so thats why you need larger injectors that can spray more in at a time so you get the needed amount of "gas" in it and if the injectors arent scaled then theyre just spraying at normal stock settings... like said above scaling is done from car to car through a tune not from injectors

^ah.. lol. thats why i go here for info.. you guys rock!! I need more confirmation though, about leaving the e85 in.. i really dont want to drain it.. theres 5 gallons of e85 and about 2-3 gallons of 91pump. can i just cruise around and burn it? until i can fill up on 91 again..
car has not be tuned since 1000s, just installed along with tb.

i dont htink i would leave it in there its prob not good for the car and its relatively cheap so idk if its worth a couple bucks worth of gas or some potential problems to your motor? but i have no proof of it being bad for you motor im just speculating so lets see if anyone else can chime in
