No problem asking. Looking at your very long mod list the parts that are important to making power are actually pretty limited.
You have basically what is in our Stages 1-4. That is the least amount of parts we suggest having before adding a turbo upgrade.
Here is what you have to do, ask yourself what your primary use for the car is going to be and how much do you like the feel of the quick spooling stock turbo? When you answer those two questions then someone can suggest a turbo. So what's your answer to those?

Well if you like the quick spool and want between 500-600 hp there is one choice for you and only one in my opinion, go with the FP Red. I also like the quick spool and I've built hundreds of EVO's with all types of turbos on them. My newest car, Project White, has the Red on it. It has made 513 whp 504 ft lbs of torque at 28 psi on the stock ECU and E85. It is for sure the turbo for your build. Awesome turbo, great spool up and you have most of what you need to run it. I'd suggest putting a SS 02 housing on the car, porting the exhaust manifold and you will need a larger injector.

IMHO.... I would wait on a turbo and save up the money so you can do the engine and everything at once. I mean why keep going back to get the car retuned and everything. Figure out what you plan on using the car for (weekend drag, autox, etc) and then lay down a list.
Look to upgrade:
-Fuel system (injectors, regulator, etc)
- Ignition system
- Clutch (that ACT HD is not going to allow you to beat the hell out of it all the time)
You have to figure you are going to spend about $1500 to upgrade your fuel system, about $1000 for ignition and then figure another $1500-2000 for a clutch.
Just my thought
