Thanks again guys. I got the EBC installed last night. I still need to zip tie a few more hoses under the hood before we start cranking up the boost. Just running 20lbs right now.

Since you're running the EBC, would you mind showing us the effects of increasing boost by 1 psi increments?

Be sure to zip tie the vacuum tube to the EGR valve, which is notorious for coming off. It's below, and in back of the TB.

Thanks for the heads up . Yeah I heard that it was notorious for coming off.

haha.. No not asking for you to tune it at each psi. Tune it to whatever psi you guys are shooting for. I'd just like to see exactly how much HP is gained with every psi from 20psi on up via DLL. I don't recall ever seeing that done here before. Since he's got an EBC, adjusting boost should be cake.

(the only posts I've seen trying to address the HP/psi seems to have used the info from DSM testing. I've seen posts indicating 8 hp/psi with the 16G.)

You have to optimize the fuel/timing/mivec for every boost level or you aren't getting everything out of it at each psi level...throwing on a tune for say 26psi and moving the boost up and down won't tell you much.

usually 1psi = ~10 hp or 10psi=~100hp, but it goes down from there it seems....but obviously there are SOOO many other factors that come into play

Got some goodies in today

I didn't pull the exhaust completely out because I'd have to get it back in there to store it for a few days, but I did open it up and make sure the parts were there.

BTW I know my camera fails
