FP Green(16G 10.5) or AP TME 20G 10.5

FP Green(16G 10.5) or AP TME 20G 10.5
Another "School me on the difference" question about these 2 turbo's.
EDIT: I am looking for an AutoX Turbo. I read in similiar posts that stay stock in size, or don't go bigger than the Green or BBK. Someone else also recommended the TME turbo as well. Once I hit 400 WHP or there abouts, I'm done with power mods. Also, I want to stay between 22psi and 24 psi of boost... I do not plan on doing any of the bottom end for power. Maybe bearings, and rods, but no HIGH comp pistons, no stroker, etc. I will be utilizing pump gas, 91 or 93. Trying to stay reliable and DD.
Both are rated in excess of 400 HP.
Both have a 10.5 hotside.
One is a 16G, the other a 20G
One uses Ti blades, and the other I couldn't find on there site...let me check again...nope doesn't say what type of blades they use.
Link to FP Green:

Link to AP TME: (note, AP is redoing there website, so this is off of a 3rd party site...)

Thanks in advance.

depending on the dyno i think it will be a bit difficult to get to 400whp on those turbos at a relatively low boost of 22-24psi and 91 or 93 oct gas. depending on the tuner you could up the boost some more on 93 which could get you closer to your target. also you would probably need most of the standard bolt on items to aid you to get there.

Judging from the picture on that link, the AP TME apparently is configured with the VIII compressor housing which you don´t really want. You want to look for a turbo fitted with the better flowing, IX comp housing. Also, it is not clear which 20G compressor wheel this AP turbo is using either.
The original FP Green was once upon a time a preferred upgrade turbo. However, since the introduction of many other, better performing alternative, bolt-on turbos, it has now been relegated to lame duck status(i.e., BBK-Full, BBK-Lite, Tomei ARMS, FP HTA Green). In fact, even the FP White, might arguably be a better AX choice than the old Green.
EDIT: I am pretty sure that FP could build you an FP White configured with a titanium turbine wheel. Ask for the Titanium turbine wheel from the JDM RS turbo as it is a slightly larger than the titanium turbine wheel fitted to the TME turbo.
Furthermore, since you´ll be running pump gas exclusively, you´ll want a turbo that performs well on low octane fuel. It´s not that commonplace to get to 400 WHP with the original Green on pump through the stock ECU with an unported head(especially at 23#). I am sure someone will post up an exception though.
The Green is not known for performing particurlarly well at the relatively low boost levels that you want to run. Also, the Green isn´t that great of a pumpgas turbo, especially on 91.
