Exedy twin disk issue
I recently had an exedy twin disk HD clutch installed on my 05 GSR. It worked like a dream for about 700 miles, then one day just cruising up to a stop light the pedal goes to the floor. So, I figure dead slave cylinder. So I check it and it moves as I would expect it to only now when I press the pedal in it feels like something is blocking the pedal from engaging the clutch. I have the guy that installed it come by and look at it and he says that a retainer clip holding the the throwout bearing has broken off and that because the clutch is a pull type it will happen again unless I buy a conversion kit from AMS to make it a push type setup. That is another $1200, yikes. Have any of you experienced this issue?

Plenty to read there but once you have the retaining clip fixed, get the turbo trix clutch fork stop then never worry about it again. It runs about $100.
