Hehe.. How long did it take to install? I'm going to order one next week (hopefully) How much did your boost drop (before you adjusted it to the intercooler) from what you had?

 

Looks really good, do you have any more pics of it? Maybe one from the front end without the bumper? Or one with both the stock intercooler side by side with buschurs intercooler?

 

did you have to trim the undertray?

Did you notice a $800 differnce in performence. Or do you think the money would be better spent on other products until the stock I/C can no longer keep up wit the mods??????

the intercooler was a great buy especially since i got a ton of $$ for my stock intercooler. dsm owners couldnt wait until i sold it. right now it is a hot item, try selling yours.

Quick question, Did you race a 240sx with a big turbo and your girl was flipping him off and asked him if he knew what kind of car this is? I think that is you because I remember the sticker on the front windsheld. I think he beat you as well

 

no actually he didnt beat me, i never even raced him and my girl sometimes gets a little defensive. I give him props on a nice 240, however i was getting irritated with him riding side by side with me, especially on barrett parkway. I enjoy driving to much to lose my license to racing. My car was stock at the time, i just had got rid of my black evo, ...but if he is a friend of yours tell him i will race him all day long on the track not on barret parkway.
We already get a bad rep on Barrett we dont need no more.

 

His name is David and he's a pretty nice person. Ya it's in the 12's now with a bigger turbo so I don't think you can take him but who nose. What's your car putting down around 280ish to the wheels with the mods you have?

 

Ya, but flicking someone off and asking them "Do you know what this is" It's a ****ing 30k EVO who cares really most cars cost 30k and I sold the NSX so I would not have a 90k car and people would not think I am a *****. Oh well no biggie.

 

i had my first dyno with the high flow cat put down right at 280 however with the tinkering with the savc2 i think we have corrected the problem. I also have my high flow cat, and i think that if i take that off, and put my test pipe on i should be about 315 whp. but not sure until i get dyno done again.

Tell david no hard feelings but that is something that truly will **** someone off. But i think it would be fun to run him on the track especially if he is in the 12's. I would be a great run.
