I am starting to put together a list of parts for my build, and I was curious if anyone had used manley pistons before?

Build list so far:
Manley Turbo Tuff Rods
Manley Platinum Series Pistons
ARP Rod bolts
ARP head studs
gates timing belt
AMS balace shaft delete
New Water pump
OEM Mitsu head gasket
ACL bearings

head work:
?????
?????

can anyone recommend what I should put into the valvetrain? I was just going to do GSC beehive springs to go with my Cossie m2's.

i'll be running a 35r

Buschur runs the Manley turbo tuff rods in his "project white".

I plan on using the Turbo Tuff rods, pistons, valves and springs. For the money its all US made and I myself choose to support them.

Ill be buying the valve's and spring kit in a couple weeks. Motor re-build hopefully won't be till this winter.

 

Buschur used the Manley turbo tuff rods and JE Pistons for Project White.

 

the manley pistons are made of the same material as the ross pistons. They also have a moly coating on the skirts.
