I just know that I probably don't have the "revised replacement". Do you know about how many people with these comp stage 3 kits are having trouble? Did MAP give you any indication? I assume it's a small percentage? Mine is working great but I'm 100 miles from being fully broken in.

I need to grab one of those fork stops.

Its only a small percentage of people so don't worry too much about it. The discs are all fine, and the Stage 2-4 kits all use the same pressure plates/TOB's and that is whats causing the issue. I honestly think I just have incredibly bad luck when it comes to cars

The more I read about these clutch fork stoppers though the more I think they're a great idea. I'll most definitely be picking one up as soon as I hear back from TurboTrix. Wonder if they have the in black... LOL

The car is back on the road! Comp sent me an Exedy pressure plate since they were still working on correcting their pressure plate. After my car was put back together I was informed that Competition already has a fix out for their flywheel so going forward customers should be set! I said it before and I'm going to say it again, Competition's customer service is top notch and I'm SUPER impressed at how they stand behind their products and make sure their customers are 100% happy.

I also need to thank MAP for getting my car into their shop on such short notice and getting everything taken care of for me on their end yet again.

I'm glad we were able to get you back on the road sir, and I too am amazed at how far Competition Clutch is willing to go to make things right. They are a diamond in the rough that is the automotive performance industry lol.

Is it the problem the pressure plate? or the flywheel? Will the CCI have any problems with the stock flywheel?

The issues seem to have been quarantined to one batch of the clutches and involve issues with clearance on the pressure plate retaining clip. These will work with an OEM flywheel without issue, and CCI believes they have rectified the clip issue

Talk to Chris. He will take care of you. He took care of me on my megan downpipe. Adam took care of me on my exedy twin. They have the best prices and can match/beat everyone it seems. MAP
