Shifting to Reverse is like moving through tar
I went to a lapping day yesterday. Ambients were higher than I've ever driven in: about 96.
I came to a stop in the paddock, and went to reverse into the fuel station.... and it felt like I was moving the shifter through ultra-density tar.
going through the forward gears is fine.
when I go over-and-down reaching for Reverse... it takes about 10x normal pressure to get it into gear.
not locked out, no grinding... just like somebody poured tar or cement in there.
ideas?
edit: after cooldown, same behavior
edit: same behavior if car is running, or off.
