No serious track car here uses any type of bolt on turbo. They are all HKS, Trust or Garrett kits. The bolt ons just dont cut it.
LOL, no wonder they dont make any power. The Red doesn't even make power till 30+ psi.

Im sorry but the red beats the greddy for performance and spool. It takes the 30r to town as well. I haven't seen anything to suggest its not reliable for tracking or circuit racing. If your going to run a built motor even on pump gas you should be able to make good power with it.

I suggested it based on what your goals were... if you have a stock 9 turbo it costs $1000 to upgrade and a little wait time. The only greddy kit I see for sale is $1700 (same price as new evo red)and those things haven't proven very much.

If you want a greddy kit be my guest but i can almost guarantee it's not going to shine very well especially in track duty, i for see turbo failure and/or manifold cracking. Thats my opinion, if you dont like it well no need to get upset about it, just act like I never said anything.

It might cost you $1000, but for us, an Evo Red is the same price as a Trust T67 Turbo kit, which is proven over here. The red just does not make the power.

No one over here likes running HUGE boost unless they have a Drag Car or Dyno Queen.

You simply run into too many issues running such high boost on the track. Especially over here (Hot)..

Since when is 30+ a lot on an evo? With a good IC and a proper tune it shouldn't matter about the temps. If anything add some meth injection.

I just dont think the greddy will hold up to the abuse it will see at the track, if anything the 30r or 35r will be a better choice.
