KU Engineering 70 mm Throttle body question

Has anyone used this throttle body? It is the one for sale on "Fleebay"

See:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Throt...Q5fAccessories

I would like to know what you thought of this product and is it worth the money? Did you have any power gain?

Jesus, The color is horrible and for that price you can actually get something that has been tested and proven to work. Look bro, stay away from Ebay especially things that are so important like a throttle body. If you are on the stock motor, turbo then there is not much to gain from going to a bigger TB.

Look at Mil-Spec or Boomba these are the two most popular right now making waves and having the tests and the power to back it up.

I don't think Booba makes a throttle body that works on anything other than a 5.0 mustang flang. I have an aftermarket intake but it has a standard TB flang as I am currently using the stock TB..

Looks like an awesome deal! Do you have TB ready to ship or do I have to remove mine first?

Our TB mounts directly to Mustang 5.0 pattern, but we also have adaptors for every possible bolt pattern on the market.
Boomba TB uses also stock Idle Control and stock TPS, has dual ball bearings and holds 50 psi of boost.

I went onto your site to look at your adapters don't they have to be welded onto the manifold? I will purchase one if I can use it on my JMF drag manifold with a stock bolt pattern if I can use your adapter without welding. Please clarify this for me.

There is one weld on adaptor. The rest of them are bolt on adaptors and they can be bolted to:
- Mustang 4.6
- Infinnity q45
- stock manifold with 75mm hole through

Boomba TB comes standard with adaptor that allows bolting to stock manifold and has 60mm opening through.

The quality of the welds / finish on the KU Engineering throttle body / plenum isnt that great.

Hypertune / Magnus / HKS Kansai are trusted name brand products where reliability wont be an issue...
