Problem with HKS BOV? Stall?

Hello,

got a question, I just installed a HKS BOV and a HKS SPF, anyhow I heard from one of my buddy who owns an evo viii too installed HKS BOV and found out that HKS BOV caused the car to stall (the rpm suddenly goes down to almost 1000 and then up again) on gear 1 especially with the AC on.

anyhow just now I realize something wrong my car and it has the same problem. just wondering do any of you guys have the same problem? any solution to that? or maybe not the BOV that causing it? Thanks a lot people for the feedback and reply! God bless
