Wow! Finally glad to hear a pretty good end to such major failure. Makes me happy to know Exedy stands behind their products. I ALWAYS recommend Exedy to people looking for clutches. That's all I use.

I'm guessing the scatter shields are mainly recommended for high hp cars, huh? 500+ whp? Just curious. Never heard of them before.

WOW....... That is Insane...... Is it bad that everytime I see something like this I wonder if its going to happen to me next....... I have been Driving Mitsubishis for too long....hahaha

Just bought the car and it blew up? I hope you get some coverage for that. I mean for the other parts that were damaged, I see that you are getting a Tranny and a Clutch. Labor costs? FMIC?

No, they are not. I can't TELL you how many Exedy Twin and Tripples have prematurely failed only to get the "Abuse" brush off. They covered it because it is a high profile car and they want to keep their image afloat.

They wrote the guy a check and covered a lot of the damage. What else kinda update you looking for?
