Car turns off inbetween shifts

Does any body have this problem? This has happened to me a few times already. I would shift and then during the shift as the rpm goes down, the car shuts off. Today i was going like 50ish going onto 5th gear on a slightly curved road, the car turned off and power steering died causing me to shift 2-3 lanes over. Lucky no car was around and i manage to start it up before i hit the center divider curb.

Car is an 06 RS with the following mods;

QM clutch
Forge MBC
BR ported mani
BR ported hotside
Ported O2 housing
APR headstuds
GSC exhaust cam

+1 on the vacuum leak. Believe me, if you havent done a boost leak test and you have more than 20,000 miles on your car with stock pipes and vacuum hoses you better check them. Boost leak test it! someone on evom has stickys about how to build them for cheap.
