The ID1000's are capable of very high base fuel pressures. If you build a setup around running 100psi base fuel pressure, you can get 1525cc/min out of the ID1000's. This is best done with dual Bosch 044 pumps or an in tank walbro 255 feeding an inline Bosch 044.

AMS is testing similar 2200cc injectors.

Probably the Siemens 220lb injector, it's low impedance and a completely different design.

sounds like these would idle fine (15/1) on e85 since it needs 30% more fuel. would like to know price as well.

Not sure what the big deal is in running a double pumper. But cool injectors none the less

Just remove the resistor pack. Here is a direct quote from Tony: "Switching to a high impedance injector is very easy. You just need to bypass the injector resistor. It's a very easy process that i've explained 3 times today and at least once daily, so i'm going to do a little writeup on it. In a nutshell, all you have to do is connect all the wires going to the resistor box together, so you're just jumping power to the injectors instead of going through the resistor first"

Someone needs to dial these in on a high hp Evo already!!!

I'd love to get an injector like this and NEVER have to worry about running out of injector.

Twin intank walbro's with these and properly sized lines should net somewhere between 800-900whp on E85 no??

Maybe, but unfortunately I dont think so since the boost level to make that power will push the pumps past where they are efficient. You'll need far more pump than 2 intanks will provide. This is where 044s, Weldon inlines, Supra/GTR pumps, etc. start to be what you need. Even if they are done parallel feed, you'll be out before 800-900. We have seen 71% IDC (Aem calculated) on two intanks feeding 1650cc Bluemax injectors at 645whp w/ dual -6 lines at 33-34psi. Since the base was 43.5 thats mid 70s for fuel pressure which is right where 255s are starting to drop out, even if they are modified.
