Started on my way to the shootout.

Crusiing along and the bam -- Look down WB pegged at 10.8-10.6 at crusie! I was like holy crap. All power was gone. WB is an innovate - and it is less then 500 miles/2 months old.

5 mins later -- Bam -- 14.5 cruise... power is back. No changes.

Then I began to really watch it.. it would fluctuate between 14.5 and 10.6... slowly moving back and forth. wtf?

Then it stopped working all together and gave me the MAS code.

Then it fixed its self.... Code went away and it was running fine.

Its acting up again.. idles at like 12.0... if you unplug the mas it jumps to 13.7.. plug it back in.. back down to 12.0. And every now and then the wideband climbs to about 18.0.. and the car stumbles and runs like crap. Then it just settles back down to 12.0 and kinda runs.

At WOT - it pegs 10.5 unless the "issue" isnt messing up.. then bam.. 11.5 on wot. I get ZERO knock with it acting up or running fine.. so I do not think it is an injector.


Is it possible the mas is jacked and its just reading wayy to rich? I am confused.. the tune has NOT changed and this whole issue is being annoying. The only thing that happened - is that I installed the FMIC/turbo.. and the intake was sitting on the ground and MAY have gotten kicked? Thats all i can think of?

Cleaned the mas - still not fixed.

boost leak test came back with little to no leaks at all. Just a little bit from stock TB.

Its official. Bad mas.

Check engine light finally came on.

Codes for AIT and airflow came up. So just half my MAS died... joy..

On a loaner mas til I can get another one.
