Don't think it could be a motor mount bolt as those seem to be longer then OP's.
I'm going with everyone and saying either the t-case or tranny bolt. It's looks very similar to them. I don't think it's any of the exhaust bolts because I still remember them being a lot smaller then that so that's out. If the t-case and tranny checks fine, check the front lower control arms. I doubt it'll be them because both (2 bolts on each side) bolts are longer then that bolt but worth a look.

+1, it could be tons of stuff. Bell housing, motor/tranny mount (or bolts that hold the mount to the block/tranny, check BOTH sides of the mounts) check over all points on the suspension (control arms, shocks, brakes, etc, etc), sub frame, crossmember (with the tow-hook on it), exhaust hangers (I guess), and maybe even your various pulleys outside of the timing cover?

does a 14 or 17mm wrench fit on it? your finger isn't a good relative size cause you could have tiny hands, or huge hands
if its a 14, could be:
starter bolt
tranny to block bolts
if its a 17mm:
transfercase bolt
front motor mount bar bolts
the front strut bolts are 19mm, and the front caliper bolts are short, and also 19mm
the subframe bolts are also 19mm and very long.
exhaust hanger bolts are 12mm, so they are very small. bolts for the exhaust are usually bigger and short without a shoulder like the bolt pictured.
that bolt looks kinda small, like a 14mm socket fits it.
