I agree that the 5spd and our usdm transfer case will be the week spot. I was looking at getting some harder gears made for the transfer case, it is going to be another $800 at least.

Nice motor mate. One BIG turbo. If you are only planning on say 900bhp at the crank, then why not get a turbo that will produce 900bhp? Lag will obviously be a big problem. Have you thought of any solutions other than N2O? I think that N2O puts a lot of stress on the motor. Could you rig up an anti-lag system? I have seen one set up that (when off throttle) dumps the inlet charge into the exhaust manifold with fuel! The system works a treat and that motor make 840bhp (from 2.4ltr). One mag wrote that with the system activated, it was the best small cc turboed motor they had ever seen!

AEM has ANTILAG feature

The car hits 18psi at 6000rpms, with BONE STOCK engine and cams.. At 6300rpms it is at 31psi It is CRAZY.,,, Lag is not that big, wait for 2 more weeks to put the tomei 11.5 cams and the 2.3 stroker kit.
