If you read this dinosaur of a thread ETS made the claim that Garrett's 3.8 causes overheating vs. the 4 incher they make. Then the case was made that this used to be an issue on DSM's not Evo's. Some bickering and some good info. Read the whole thing since its been ressurected.

I have a question how does a old style 3.5 ams ic compares to a new ets or Garrett i/c. I ask because I'm getting a good deal from a friend on a old style ams and want to know if is worth buying or will I be better of buying a new ets or garret.
