have had mine in for like 3000 miles about and it i got used to the chatter but the last 1000 miles the clutch has made a sound which sounds like the plates are rubbing? is this the same sound the op is refering to as rattling? and is it normal?

Maybe you should've resurfaced the flywheel or have ordered a new one. I would assume that this is basic clutch chatter like any other clutch after you put some wear on it.
