best way to make an evo stock appearing mid 11's on pump and stock catback?

After the race I had with a lamborghini gallardo tonight which by the way I won by 2 cars from a dig!!

I got to thinking what can I do to make the car appear stock and sound stock?
Here is what I currently have for a set up,

255 walbro
880cc injectors
evo 9 turbo
megan 02
3in tbe
hks intake
e9 bpv
jun 272 cams
29psi self-tune on pump and the rest of the crap that goes with it.

What I wan't to do is spend as little as I can and get mid 11's
The car made 300 whp and 300 wtq on buschurs dyno at the shoot out but that was through a massive boos t leak (T-body shaft seals) so what I would like to see is 360-375 whp on a mustang dyno with out changing much and putting the stock catback back on with a eletric cut out maybe?

The car runs constant 12.0-12.3 @ 110-113 depending on conditions I would like 11.5s and 116-119 traps which I think is realistic.

I guess what I am asking is what would I have to do to that list to make this be a reality and I got the driving thing down as it has done a 1.59 60ft on bald cooper tires but usally does 1.65 or so

I am thinking meth and a better tune? Meth as more of a safty net more than anything so who is a real good pump gas tuner in the mid west? Mellon is what I was thinking as I hear he takes pride in what he does which is rare these days, I know people will say AMS but I feel like they just don't spend enough time on the lower hp cars and that is what I don't want.

Please feel free to comment.

if you want to keep it on 93 octane, do a FP Red or the new HTA Green, that will put you in the 400+awhp and get those numbers.

adding meth wouldn't make it safe, quite the opposite in my opinion.

Well I have the e-85 option as well, I just don't want to change out the fuel system again.

you would only need bigger injectors, and you could sell the 880s.

although if you plan to max out the red on e85, you might need the double pumper, but seeing as you only want to run mid 11's, i dont think youll need it

Well you should be close (car wise to a 11.7) already...Read the posts by IndyEvo....I would think a BBK Full or an HTA Green would more than suffice on a low 11 and have great responsive for around town and in the mountains....
