O2 sensor help

I am currently putting a Megan O2 housing on my car , while trying to remove the o2housing out of my factory housing it wouldn't budge at all . Even after PB blastering it and blow-torching it the sensor would not come out . Soo the local auto store is charging $344 for that sensor and I'm not too looking to pay that price . Would the o2 sensor from a regular Lancer work ? Or would anybody know which universal o2 sensor would work for a Evo IX and if you don't mind please post a part # ? I tried asking my local autoparts store for one , but they say they " don't have it " and that I MUST buy the oem sensor they carry ($344 ) .

Hi Vinh
is the o2 housing already off of the turbine housing?
Are you using an actual o2 socket on the sensor(not an open end wrench)?
I'd rather take it to a shop and pay some labor than replace the entire sensor.

A 4-wire universal O2 sensor like cfdfireman1 mentioned would be your best bet.

I had the exact same problem on my old 8 so I cut, soldered the universal sensor in http://oxygensensors.com/catalog.php...1371#Location0
and had no issues.
