Balance Shaft Vibration , Help !

Yes, there's no vibrations what so ever. I've never experienced it myself but I heard it feels like a mini earthquake lol.

Lol it actually does feel like a mini earthquake, I wish these motors never had such a problem like this. I love Evos & the motors, its sad to see engine failures due to these problems... Evo for life <3, I reckon best car & engine ever invented.

Bump for clarification.

Which balance shaft¿
I used a screw driver to ensure the oil pump wasn't 180° out.
Both balance shafts were lined to timing marks.
The balance shaft doesn't run on a gear, so can't be 180° out like the oil pump shaft, correct?

I did everything as I normally do with the timing belt change, but car idles pretty rough (logs look fine).

Just checking all avenues.
