Does is idle and sound it like S2s on a 2.0? Can't wait to see you let it loose on the dyno

Sounds about like a non MIVEC 2.4 with S2s...like Jakes RS. I am trying to hide it and they are still brappy. I am gonna crank the brap screw up for the dyno day (the car will be coming with me) so everyone can see it if they are interested. It will be on E85 by then as well.

They were actually made for my 2.2 but I didnt get around to installing them. I typically only wait 50 miles or so before I dyno cars, break them in like I want them to run. I commute on thursdays back to my weekend residence which is 140 miles from the shop. I honestly ran out of time to dyno the car or I would have done it before next week. It will have just over 500 by the time it gets to the dyno. Its at 230 now, just got new shoes (looking for my camera) today so its getting some more love.

Wheel is this for reference-

Gunmetal/mirror face in an 18x9 et40, added 8mm worth of spacer and its looking good

We'll see. I have no definite goals with the car other than driving it and punking vettes and GTRs around here. I am going to establish a good baseline on pumpgas and then if time is there swap to e85 on the dyno. I just want to see what the lowest boost it will run is now that it has the 2.4L. The 2.0 would run 16 creeping to 18 or so, the 2.2 was creeping to 23, and I am really hoping that the 2.4 will run 23-24 as well since the head hasnt changed.

For some reason the flash made them look REALLY different. They are the ones I linked earlier

Johnny, I think it should handle most of the GTRs in PDX, the Vettes for the most parts but there are some around here that might be a little more difficult than others.

Not with the new setup I am gonna put some R compounds on the old wheels...285/30-18s

Mikey, APR lip that was on the car before. It really seems to be more pronounced with the new wheels and having gone wingless.
