JohnBradley's 2.2 long rod build
#122
On this one I used standard sized supertechs (inconel exhaust). I am pretty excited to see how everything comes together as well. Its been a long road but getting all the data prior took a bit and now I can compare everything back to back.

UPDATE---
Started it today after getting back from SEMA for the weekend. I didnt want to start it and then have to think about how I could be breaking it in and have it ready for the dyno. Right now it has 0 miles on it as we are waiting on one or two fittings in the engine bay that we managed to "make" to get it started.
Idles nice, doesnt like to idle on the trims with the magnafuel 625 as it over runs the return (feedline modded for use) and is currently at 58psi base. This makes the injector run as a 2550 or so. It will idle and drive in full open loop on gasoline though. The switch back to E85 and I will be able to turn the trims back on if I want to.
Might be my imagination but it felt more torquey just moving it around (first small stroker experience) the shop parking lot. More to follow, but its a start.

I forgot to mention that the overrun was also with an Aeromotive FPR as well. Part of the issue was resolved by making a new siphon feed in the tank. I will be putting -6 return on I think to get it back down to sane level.
The pump is FREAKING QUIET. You hear it prime at start but even with my corked 3.5" (silencer in for street use) you cant hear it over the exhaust or in car and in car isnt that loud corked.
