Misfiring Help
I have 03 EVO with a fresh motor 2.0. Manley Turbo Rods, J&E Pistons, Stage 3 Head w/BF 272 w/HKS Cam Gears. HKS V-CON Pro, HKS DLI II, 1000 CC injectors, DI Race Manifold, AMS 37R Kit. I installed the motor and cylinders 1 & 3 dont seem to firing. Prior to the head being installed the cam sensor broke so I replaced the cam sensor w/a new sensor.
I've read that if the crank sensor is installed incorrectly that could cause that problem and also if the cam sensor is faulty.
Also, the car does start but it definitely sounds like a timing issue. I have the gears aligned as they were before.
Any ideas would be helpful.
thanks

Yes I have tried starting without the DLI and same thing.
I have not checked the crank sensor yet. I was waiting to try my cam sensor on some else's car first before I do that.
thank you for your replies and help.
