I would stay with the stocker at that power level. launching wrong kills the stocker real fast, if your just dd'ing the car it should be fine. mine lasted for over 50 11'second runs (over 350whp on a mustang dyno) it started slipping only on launches but still held strong after it colled on the street. just my .02 though.
I went with the exedy twin hd just because i make about 100 passes a year otherwise i would have run another stocker.

honestly i never looked into flywheels but the dude that said 2K for everything with a stage one paid way more than what you could pay by me. shop around, and search flywheels on here im sure someone made a thread.

I had a SPEC stage 2, 6 puck clutch and Fidinza flywheel in my Toyota MR2 Turbo that had 300hp. It revved super fast and the clutch held strong but the car was crazy hard to drive. It could't make it through the hills of San Fran without constantly smoking the tires. the clutch was either on or off, there was no feathering. Great for racing bad for DD. This is what I wanna avoid with my EVO. I know the Exedy stage 1 will solve my problem but I am afraid of it not being strong enough. I hardly ever launch, but it does happen. I also shift fast and hard when I am racing around town.
