Does this sound like a blown headgAsket
My car has been acting up a bit. When I change gears my hood will release white smoke and go away. Sometimes white smoke will come out of the exhaust but rarely and only on Start up. I'm not sure if it's the headgaSket tho because my turbo has coolant on it but I can't find the leak source. Another thing is after I drive the car and shut it off if I open the oil cap white smoke will come out and I'm not sure ifthat is normal. Please let me know what you guys think

I reread your post and I realize you are saying there is antifreeze on the outside of the turbo. Correct me if I am wrong.
The car has the two big radiator hoses, Then there are two small hoses that go to the turbo, two small hoses that go to the throttle body, and two medium sized hoses going to the heater core. Get a pinhole in any of these hoses and it can squirt a long distance under the hood. If this is the cause the most likely culprits are the hoses going to the turbo but it could be any of the others.
BTW, the Mitsu recommendation is that all these hoses be changed out at 60K.
Sometimes a HG will leak into one of the cylinders but about 90% of the time when the HG goes the head lifts, the water jacket gets pressurized and the coolant gets pushed into the jug.
A puff of smoke out the exhaust at start may be a sign of bad valve seals.
I'd say smoke out of the filler cap at shutdown is normal.

A blown HG could be pushing coolant out of your overflow/reservoir causing the white puffs of smoke under the hood, and traces of coolant on the turbo. Or it could be a simple coolant leak.
After driving the car (warmed up) remove the coils and spark plugs. Use a mirror and place it over each spark plug tube. Look for the mirror to fog over, indicating that hot water is present (like your mirror in your bathroom during your bi-monthly shower LOL my bff jill jk)
Pressurize the coolant system and inspect for leaks. Make sure pressure is maintained. I would also do a leak down. Check for bubbles in the coolant (during the leak down test). There is a TSB on coolant lines to the turbo too BTW
