Boost leak bucking caused diff noise?

Okwell this will be a shorter version of the post that apparently got lost 2 minutes ago after I pressed send. What a **** off.

Scenario: Installed a Perrin front mount, Injen UICP and intake on a tuned 8 RS with every bolt on. Went out to do some logging, make the boost adjustments etc. The car bucked the first full pull at about 4500-5k. I double checked under the hood, everything seemed ok, so I tried again. Same bucking. I gave up on the logging, drove back to work but now I notice a diff/tcase humming.

I know the bucking is most likely caused by a significant boost leak. The car was running rich so its pretty much a given there.... thats not a problem. But... im worried about the Tcase/Diff

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
