Will do man

To be honest, meth hasn't even been on the table. No specific reason why, I just haven't thought much about it. That being said, I don't see any reason down the line why I couldn't run it

^ you need to watch your hp/tq on the stock motor. I may have to take my meth off because the Black may just want to make to much power

Your absolutely correct.

I am looking for 470 - 510 HP and between 390-420 TQ - I don't want to throw a rod.

Though, I am looking forward to having it tuned and seeing what its capable of and going from there.

You could get up into the 550hp range while still keeping tq below 425. There are a lot of 35r on stock block around 600hp and 400tq. They are holding up just fine.

Well after talking back and forth with Chris from MAP - I've pretty much decided that the *best* option would be their O2 Elim externally gated downpipe - because it completely kills any boost creep.

Apparently it is the same one that Tom runs on OKIX, that's already in the 9's.

My only concern now is whether or not its worth the 800$...

Well I was outside measuring everything today and looking around to see what t-bolts I was going to need and I figured out that the 'RACE' pipe from FP (the turbo compressor outlet pipe) will NOT fit the ETS 3.5" intercooler kit I have (it has 2.5" piping).

The 'RACE' pipe is for the Bushcur / AMS LICP - they both have shorter intercooler pipes with a longer turbo compressor outlet pipe.

Called FP they still recommend that I still use their 'RACE' pipe - but they want me to cut it. Hopefully this will be the only hiccup for the install...

Do you mean that the FP RACE pipe won't match up to the ETS LICP?

I've got the race pipe and an ETS 4" intercooler, with a custom LICP that fits just fine.

Correct - the RACE pipe is too long and the ETS LICP is too long.

I think what I am going to try first is cutting it on a band saw, sanding down the edges - roughing the pipe up with a bit of sandpaper (where the coupler goes over) hair spray it and t-bolt it to see if that holds before I get it roll beaded (cause I have no idea where to have that done, haha)

Remember that the bead rolling shortens the pipe, although the amount is not huge. The problem is that 2.0 ---> 2.5 couplers are shorter than a standard same size to same size coupler, so you need to make sure you factor that in.
