Its about that time for a new battery. 3-5 year lifespan.

Earlier poster has the rt idea, either spark or fuel-- one thing no one has mentioned is the fuel--you can easily get varnish build up in you injectors from gas going bad clogging them--causing you to think you have little to no fuel. You have to put fuel stablizer in or something to keep that from happening if you store your car or it sits for any amount of time.

True.

1) Always try to jump the car when starting it to rule out the battery.
2) Replace plugs if you want, but before you put the plug in the head try connecting the plug to the cop and putting the threads of the plug on ground (unpainted metal) and see if you have spark to the cylinder. If the plug sparks put them all in. If the plug does not spark you have a spark problem.
3) If the plugs don't fix the car and you have spark then your next problem has to be fuel. Make sure your fuel pump is running. If the fuel pump is not running find the fuel pump relay and make sure that is good. Then try cranking your car and hit on the fuel pump softly and see if it kicks on. If the pump kicks on when you hit it, you need a fuel pump. If the fuel pump still does not run, disconnect the connector and check for power and ground to your fuel pump. If you have power and ground and pump does not run, then replace your fuel pump.
4) If your fuel pump runs then something is blocking the fuel from getting into the injectors. It could be a fuel filter or clogged injectors. You would need to find out where the fuel is being stopped.

Good luck!

Spark. Compression. Fuel. Three things a motor needs to run.. You have to narrow it down. Check batt, check relays, check fuses. Its possible theres an obstruction in the fuel lines, but that would be a pretty rare problem.
