Thats my thinking as well... I have adjust the clutch as close a possible with out dragging the clutch... I have also adjusted it all the way out... no change... If i just rest my foot on the peddle and take the play out of the peddle it goes away... i only have to move a small bit of hydraulic fluid for it to go way.

The Kacey at MAP seems to think that the bearing is riding the pressure plate... if I move the adjustment rod any further in the the clutch rides while the peddle is down and even then it still makes the noise.. he says it will probably go away in time.

ok.. the audio was recorded using my iPhone. The file will for sure play in Itunes. I had a co-worker press the clutch in for me a few times so that you guys can here the difference between clutch in and clutch out. The higher pitched sound is with the clutch out... the grinding chattering is with the clutch in.
