amsoil tranny and t-case

Before my motor was built I used Dominator series 5w20 all seasons with 3k mi changes. Now that my motor is built I use Dominator 10w30 in the winter and 15w50 in the summer.
Consider buying from a vendor on the forums as opposed to a store. apagan01 who has commented on this thread distributes I believe.

Having used stock, Motul and Amsoil engine and drivetrain fluidsI much prefer the Motul and Amsoil to stock in my MR.
I switched from Motul to Amsoil due to availability and never looked back. Performance is similar and I can get it what I need it.
I am impressed by the responsiveness of the Amsoil distributors on this forum and glad to see that they are occasionally challenged by the community then supporting their claims with what seem like facts.
And heck, I'm happy to support an American company that supports motorsports.

iam glad you are using an American made product and not a product that uses overseas products.

if you are running 75W140 or 250 then yes slip lock is necessary.

And to the motor oil, i would reccomend you run ASL 5W30 or even better SSO 0W30 for the cold climate. however these suggestions depend on your power level, mods, boost, fuel type being used, and driving habits.

Thanks for the answers guys.
For now my car will probably be just a mildly modded stock turbo VIII. I'll be PMing you when I get situated with what I plan on choosing.

75W90 and I'm mixing in Slip Lock in its most diluted recommended ratio. In your experience, have you seen any adverse impact from too much Slip Lock? TIA

I know for a fact that adding slip lock will not hurt you but will help you, i think the way you are approaching it is a very smart way,
