Precision 880cc Inj. How much whp?
I was wondering what the max wheel horse power on say a Dynojet are for the 880s? I bought an Evo with them already installed and a double pumper with twin 255hp walbros. I have the turbo to make over 600whp but wanted to make sure the injectors are up to it...if not what do they MAX out at?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I use this forumla to estimate hp for injectors. 2/3*inj cc rating on gas and 1/2* inj cc rating on e85. So 880s are good for 586whp MAX on gas and 440whp on e85 on a dynojet.

This is the newest addition to our line up of fueling options for the Evolution. This is a TRUE drop in setup and it is all done while retaining the stock fuel lines and sending unit. No modification is needed to run this. This setup is the similar to the one used on David Buschur's 9sec. daily driven Evo RS. His RS is making over 650whp on our Mustang Dyno and at this power level as well as some even lower we found out this setup was definately needed.

880s max out on a DJ with a single 255 around 540hp on pump! 880s will not max out a single 255, however if you have your fuel reg bumbed, two pumps, large fuel rail you may be able to get close to 570-580 on pump you just need to watch your fuel pressure at high rpms and your duty cycle... You may be able to break 600 on C16 and Q16 but at this point the 880s are just holding you back. If you want to make 600+ you should really have IDC1000 for pump or race gas. If you are running E85 then you will need 1500s
Or you can keep you 880s throw on a Meth kit with a 1500cc meth fogger like I am and push the car into the 600hp range easy Run Q16 through your 880s and then 100% meth through the 1500cc fogger. You will be very happy with your car making over 650 Not to mention if you are running Q16w/1500cc of meth, you will be blowing mad flames out the exhaust!
