Honda OEM filter on EVO?

i have both an evo, s2000 and an integra. from my experance all the filters are interchangable. The s2000 filter is probably the best one with the stock mitsu because second and the standard honda being last

Sell them and buy the OEM filters. Not worth the risk.

To the OP, I use Mobil1 filters. Now, the reason I say this is because the one recommended for Mitsubishi can also be used in Hondas, yes. M104 and M110 (filter #) are interchangeable. So, having said that, I would not see any issues with running a Honda filter in our cars. Would I recommend it? Probably not.

oem mitsu filter, it comes sealed and prelubed even.
