The rod could be bent, only you can tell us. Try and straighten it out, and slip it in the hole on the clutch release fork. So, in conclusion, straighten out the rod, stick it in the fork, and bolt it down. See if it shifts normal. If not, replace the slave cylinder. Follow the instructions I previously posted to do this.

Good luck

Yeah i think its broken. Cause i just searched the slave cylinder thing online and the metal stick is suppose to straighten out and not bend like that. I might just need to replace it. But one more thing. Would that cause my car to slip? Like a clutch slip. Cause i remember flooring my car this one time while i had just put back in my stock intake and my clutch just went all the way down like something broke. I was trying to figure out what the problem is but after the next day i lift the clutch up and it went up. The clutch did the same thing except it lifted back up. But after that my clutch just started slipping. Sorry if i confused you guys. lol

one thing at a time bro. JUST change the rod. like take it out and replace it. is that simple. you dont need a slave if that one aint leaking, period. You ll need to find 2 bolts for to reinstall the slave after you buy the rod and put it back in.....

Ill make more sence after you pull out that rod..

You might be able to reposition the rod on the slave cylinder and push it back in. It might be bent but i would try to line it back up and see if it will go back in. I messed with a few on my DSM's before and if that rod comes out too far, it'll move to the side like that.

Good luck.

the rod looks like this. pull it out. buy another one is just like under $10

example

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DSM-E...item3a55298646

i know they say dsm....blah, blah, blah. but is the same. you can cut 1/4 off from the long side and make them the same lenght or install them just like that.

Sorry man, but I have to say it... Maybe we should consult someone who can walk you through it, or try and get it towed to a shop...
