Acd fluid leaking through axle seal?!?!

I recently did a clutch job on my 05 gsr. I purchased the car with tge bad clutch and never got to drive it beforehand. As part of the clutch job I replaced all fluids I also replaced a torn up axle seal on the TC side.
Now that I got the car up and running there is a constant oil leak and I notice my acd fluid went low. Upon further inspection I noticed the leak is coming from the seal I replaced on the TC side. As I pour in new ATF guild into the acd resoivoir it immidiatly begings dripping from the seal.

Should acd ATF fluid even be coming out of their?! I tough there should only be gear oil that would leak from there. Or dId I just replace that seal wrong and that's where ATF fluid would leak from??

!!!!!update UPDATE update UPDATE!!!!!!!

so i did some research and theres a seal that seperates the two fluids. i couldnt find a picture of a acd TC but heres a non acd one. should be the same seal #7. the axle seal #6 is the the fluid is actually visibily escaping through but its already been replaced.
any idea where i could buy one??? seems the dealer does not carry any inner seals. sheptrans and tre says they replace these seals when they service the tc so where can i get one...

Can you provide us with any pictures of where the seal is located that you are talking about? And what brand did you use as a replacement, I hope you used OE and installed it correctly

What do you need a picture of it's the transfercase side axle seal. I'm not sure why u would need a picture?

Yes it was replaced with an oem seal and the axle is pushed in all the way. My biggest concernt is not the leak but what is leaking out??

Why is the ATF fluid from the acd leaking through the axle seal??

Pictures help everyone to know exactly what you are talking about and we might be able to tell you if the seal is installed correctly to figure out why it would be leaking out of there.

As for the ATF fluid leaking out of there, the ACD does control the power distribution between the front and the rear so the fluid does pass through the TC hence why you see lines leading to the top of it on the car. I'm not sure if it should be coming out of the axle part of the TC or not though

seems like your seal on TC is not sealed right, i would take the axle out from tc, and use alittle bit of grease outside the seal and push it in again.

hope it helps, and make sure you inspect the seal, replace if necesary.

that's my question and biggest concern. There's no sense in me fixing the leak when there's a bigger problem at hand. I need to know if ATF fluid would ever leak from there. And if it's not suppose to if there's an easy fix

Its probably gear oil. The ACD fluid level WILL fluctuate under normal conditions.

ok guys can someone just focus on my actual question. Should atf fluid from the acd leak from the axle seal.

im not making assumptions of what i think is wrong im stating facts! there is atf fluid coming from the axle seal. as i pour in atf fluid into the acd reservoir i can watch it drip from the axle seal. gear oil isnt red like atf fluid...

thanks
