Downpipe hitting TC

Do anything to prevent the downpipe from rubbing! I just recently had a post about my TC leaking and it was because of my downpipe. I have a TurboXS downpipe and it melted the side of my transfercase making a pin size hole. Now I don't know if I should replace it or if there is an option to get it fixed......
