I guess if you want to make over 800hp it would be nice, but my turbo is the standard way and made ton's of power on a little .63 back housing.

thats my point mate, is there any real world advantage to running the trubos this way? The reaon i ask is people like Buschur and AMS offer their REALLY big turbo kits (GT42RS) with the trubo in the conventional location/orintation. So whats the benifit??

the advantage is you get nice cool air rammed into the turbo...I really doubt you can see the difference on a dyno since its gonna be hard to replicate the ram air effect with a fan alone
